Day 1:

 

08:00. Group meeting.

08:30. Departure to Vladimir. (travel time ~ 3.5 hours). Dinner. Excursion program in Vladimir: sightseeing tour of the city, Golden Gate (interior), Assumption Cathedral (interior). Children's Museum Center in Public Places (interactive program “Lesson in the Old Russian School”).

16:30 Departure for Suzdal.

18:30. Hotel accommodation. Dinner.

 

Day 2:

 

08:00. Breakfast.

09:00. Excursion program around Suzdal: history of the city, architecture of the Suzdal Kremlin with a tour of the exhibition “History of Suzdal”. Excursion to the Spaso-Evfimiev monastery-fortress: Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral (interior), bell ringing concert, Museum of Wooden Architecture. Dinner. Departure to Kostroma.

18:00. Hotel accommodation. Dinner.

 

Day 3:

 

08:00. Breakfast.

09:00. Excursion around Kostroma: visit to the Ipatiev Monastery - acquaintance with the architectural ensemble, interiors of the Romanov chambers, Trinity Church. Sightseeing tour of the city: Kostroma “frying pan”, Milk Mountain, Shopping arcades, Fire tower, Ostrovsky’s gazebo. Dinner. Interactive program “Zadorinki from Olenka”, which is held on the territory of the Museum of Wooden Architecture on the street near Skobelkin’s hut. A story in a theatrical and playful form about traditions, rituals and holidays corresponding to the time of year. At the end of the program, you will be treated to tea and pancakes. Dinner.

 

Day 4:

 

08:00. Breakfast.

09:00. Departure to Yaroslavl (travel time ~ 1.5 hours). Excursion program around Yaroslavl: sightseeing tour of the city, visit to the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery (visit to the exhibition “The Tale of Igor’s Campaign”), Church of Elijah the Prophet (exterior), walk along the “arrow”, inspection of the monument to the 1000th anniversary of Yaroslavl. Lunch at a city cafe. Visit to the Bear Museum/or Yaroslavl Planetarium/or Yaroslavl Zoo. Return to Kostroma. Dinner.

 

Day 5:

 

08:00. Breakfast.

09:00. Departure to Pereslavl-Zalessky (travel time ~ 3 hours). Excursion program: sightseeing tour of the city: Red Square - the oldest part of the city with the Transfiguration Cathedral, architecture of the Goritsky Monastery. Museum "Boat of Peter I". Dinner.

Departure to Moscow (estimated travel time ~ 4.5 hours).
